Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Refunds

All refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
