Radiant Fashion is committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers worldwide. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how orders are processed, delivered, and how it relates to returns and refunds.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. SHIPPING ORIGIN

Radiant Fashion is a Zambian-owned brand.
To ensure quality, craftsmanship, and affordability, our products are produced and fulfilled through selected international manufacturing and logistics partners, including facilities in China.

This allows us to maintain high standards while offering our designs to customers globally.


3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to international destinations, including but not limited to:
• Europe
• United Kingdom
• Africa
• North America

If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping may not be available to your location at this time.


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method:
• Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
• Destination
• Order weight and size
• Selected shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.


7. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Radiant Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order:
• Arrives damaged
• Is significantly delayed
• Appears lost in transit

Please contact us at radiantchilufya@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist in resolving the issue, including replacements or returns.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm eligibility according to our Returns & Refund Policy.


8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Radiant Fashion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
